Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently ship within India. Delivery times vary by location, generally taking 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other areas, depending on the courier and destination.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at reflectionhelpdesk@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, 

natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
